We just got back from KOOL Deadwood Nights. It's a full weekend of classic car events and concerts. We stayed with my sister-in-law's family and had a great time! I was working on a gift card holder today to send them and thought the Cruisin' papers were perfect!
Now I just have to choose which one to send them!
Here are 2 cards using CTMH Dakota papers I created for a unit swap:
The card on the left features the Artiste Cricut cartridge. I used it to cut the Barn Red scalloped edge and the banner for Oh Happy Day. The card on the right features the new burlap...very fun accent! I also curved the sentiment stamp to fit the circle.
This last week I had an Open House to introduce the new Close To My Heart Autumn/Winter 2012 Idea Book. I had a nice turn-out and it was great to visit with old friends and meet new gals interested in papercrafting!
This was my Cricut station! I had some fun samples made with both Art Philosophy and Artiste, including the favor box, which I had made 200 of for our daughter's wedding in June!
My dining room table was set up for the Make & Take project which was a very simple card.
The idea for this card is right out of the new Make it From Your Heart how-to booklet.
New product was on display as well.
All in all, it was a very successful Open House!
Congrats to LaVonne, Kristy, & Patti who were door prize winners!
Thanks to all who attended:)
I finally took photos of the 'Top 10' mini album/card I made for our daughter's 20th birthday. This one features Roxie papers.
